Traumatic Bronchial Injury Repair
Delayed repair of right bronchial traumatic injury.
Pedestrian struck by auto. Initial pneumothorax resolved with chest tube placement, but recurred. Pt recovered, but developed bronchial occlusion after 24 days. Findings at surgical repair are shown below.
